99% of people here are Mac users with a low opinion of Windows, at least when it comes to SDJ compatibility, so whenever a windows user has an issue the bulk of the community can't help them fix it because they don't use Windows and probably haven't a clue how to help. The rest generally blame the end user for choosing to combine Serato with Windows to begin with and suggest they buy a Mac. Neither of these things are helpful to you, but that's the core userbase that occupies this forum. Then they might try to help if they personally know how to fix you up, but bitching and complaining through everyone elses threads probably isn't the best way to shine a light on your particular issues. The folks at Serato would likely prefer you be happy with their product, but at the end of the day they already have your money, so causing a big stink and badmouthing them throughout their own forums probably isn't going to make them go out of their way for you.
It would be nice if they did a lot more beta testing before releasing buggy pro grade software, but dems da breaks.
